Successfully project managed the end-to-end development and implementation of a comprehensive training pack specifically designed for new starters joining the Global Medical Information team within a leading global biopharmaceutical company. This important initiative was launched to address inconsistencies in onboarding and accelerate the time-to-proficiency for new team members.

The project began with a thorough needs assessment, engaging key stakeholders across various regions to identify existing training gaps, crucial knowledge requirements, and areas for improved efficiency. Based on these insights, I led the strategic planning phase, defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables for the new training curriculum. This involved selecting and coordinating a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts and content creators.

My responsibilities encompassed the full project lifecycle, including meticulous resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. I facilitated regular cross-functional meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment among all contributors. The content development phase focused on creating engaging, and highly relevant training materials covering a wide array of topics. This included core medical information processes, in-depth understanding of global regulatory requirements, ethical considerations, effective communication strategies for diverse audiences, and proficiency in relevant technological platforms.

The newly developed pack aims to standardize the onboarding experience globally, providing new hires with a consistent foundation of knowledge and skills. By enhancing knowledge acquisition and accelerating their understanding of complex medical information landscapes, the training pack is expected to significantly boost the overall efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery capabilities of the Global Medical Information team, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes and compliance.
